Mr. Glenn Neises is the Nuclear Director at Burns & McDonnell Engineering Company, a full-service engineering & construction firm with over 6000 employee-owners in 40 offices. In this role, Mr. Neises is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of all Nuclear Projects and Initiatives. Mr. Neises has over 30 years of experience in commercial nuclear power and is a graduate of Kansas State University with a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering. Prior to joining Burns & McDonnell in 2010, Mr. Neises spent 24 years at the Wolf Creek Generating Station in engineering and operations support roles including safety analysis, core design, reactor engineering, system engineering, design engineering and project engineering. He has authored papers on Nuclear Accident Analysis for the Electric Power Research Institute and for Nuclear Technology, the Journal of the American Nuclear Society. He also was a senior evaluator at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations, focusing on engineering and equipment reliability at plants in the US, Canada and the United Kingdom.
